Order Cancellation Policy

We understand that mistakes happen! That’s why we offer a 24-hour cancellation window after your order is placed.

If you need to cancel your order, please email us at hello@patridos.com within 24 hours of your purchase. Include:

  • Your full name
  • Order number
  • Reason for cancellation (optional)

After 24 hours, your order will be processed, and we will no longer be able to cancel or modify it.

All Sales Are Final

After the 24-hour window, all sales are final. We are unable to offer refunds, returns, or exchanges for any items purchased through our store.

This policy applies to all products, including:

  • Clothing
  • Books
  • Accessories and apparel

Damaged or Incorrect Items

We want you to be satisfied with your experience. If you receive an item that is damaged during shipping or if you received the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery so we can assist you.

To report an issue, email us at hello@patridos.com with the following:

  • Your order number
  • A description of the issue
  • Photos of the item and packaging (if damaged)

We will review your request and respond as quickly as possible. In the rare case that we are at fault, we will work with you to resolve the issue.
