What size should I buy?
Most of our items are true to size! If anything runs smaller or larger, we’ll make sure to mention it in the product description. We want you to get the perfect fit!
Can I personalize an item?
Yes, some of our items can be personalized! Just check the product description to see if it’s eligible for customization. It’s a great way to make something uniquely yours.
Can I cancel my order?
We understand that sometimes plans change! You can cancel your order within 24 hours. After that, all sales are final. To cancel, just send an email with your name, order number, and the item to hello@patridos.com.
Do you ship internationally?
Absolutely! We’re a global brand, and we love sending our products worldwide. Just be aware that international shipping rates will apply at checkout.
Do you accept returns/refunds?
We have a 24-hour cancellation period, but after that, all sales are final. So be sure to double-check your order within that time frame. We want you to be happy with your purchase!
